5. Mr Thach Set –Deputy Director of Broadcasting – Television Station;
6. Mr Nguyen Thanh Tam, General research Specialist of The Provincial People’s Committee Bureau;
7. Mr Hynh Van Tao – Director Department of Planning and Investment;
8. Mr Vo Thanh Liem, Head of statistical Informatics -Finance Service;
9. Mr Nguyen Van Nay–Head of Information technology operations - Service of Information and Communication;
Article 2. Function, task of Electronic information Gate editorial Board:
- Coordinating, supervise and speed up, instruction to Services- Committees of Province, Districts – Townships, Organizations, units related to supply data for Electronic information Gate of Province;
- To establish regulations that talk about organization and action of Electronic information Gate of Province to submit for approval by People’s Committee;
- To build the regulations that pay for one’s work, royalties to pass to the department concerned and then carry out them.
- To check, edit, tell the news, name of the report to Electronic information Gate of Tra Vinh Province;
- Yearly, establish maintenance expenditure estimates; ensure activities for Electronic information Gate of Tra Vinh Province, expense reward, royalties to work out the total in specialized forecast of Service of Information and Communication, then to submit for approval by appropriate authorities.
